Hosting A Blood Drive

We organize regular blood donation campaign and we welcome collaboration with any organization to do the same

Basic information and requirement for organising blood donation campaign

  • Date — Fix the date at least 30 days in advance and confirm with us the availability of the blood donation team for the campaign
  • Location — Open area or room with enough space for 8 tables, 30 chairs and 6 blood donation beds and preferably air conditioned and well ventilated.
  • Volunteers — For recruiting, registration, scheduling and supporting donors.
  • Donors— You'll require to do prior promotion of the event for recruiting at least fifty (50) donors for your campaign
  • Planning – our representative will assist in the planning and promoting of the campaign
  • Blood Collection — Blood collection staff are from local Hospital Blood Bank or Blood Centre and will confidentially screen donors and collect donations, safely and professionally.
